I had a very positive interview experience with Co-op. Syed Hussain was kind, patient and welcoming from the beginning. English is not my first language, and I was nervous, but he made me feel comfortable and gave me time to express myself. He listened carefully, treated me with respect and created a friendly atmosphere throughout the interview. I truly appreciated the opportunity and left the interview feeling confident and valued as a candidate.
Very relaxed, just asked me a few questions, got an email prior to the interview advising me on what kind of things they would be asking me, asked what I knew about the Co-Op group etc.
I applied online. I interviewed at Co-op (Ripley, Surrey, South East England, England) in Jul 2026

All five questions they emailed to you prior to the interview will come up. Prepare answers to all. Very relaxed environment and the interviewer was very friendly so nothing to be worried about really.
