It was a very relaxed environment, I was asked to complete two tests, numeracy and literacy. My interviewers were extremely through with explaining the role and what would be excpected as an employee. I felt very at ease throughout, I did not feel like I was being interviewed at all it was more of a casual chat.

If you pass the initial assessment online, you have a telephone interview to see if your suitable for the job role and are asked why you want to work for co op funeral care.
