Situational assessment online, was then invited to schedule an interview about a week or so later.
Interview was extremely casual in the in-store office, interviewer was very friendly and reassuring and just wanted to get to know me as a person, my availability etc.

The questions were more a mandatory procedure, interviewer was more focused on me and my personality.
I received an offer via telephone 3 days later.

Easy, they give u the questions beforehand. During the interview, you will be asked competency-based questions about your customer service skills, teamwork, communication, and how you handle different situations, such as dealing with difficult customers or working under pressure.

Situational online assessment followed by in person interview. Pretty Straight forward the questions that you are asked are the same as the pdf you receive in your emails when you are notified about the interview.

Interview
The interview process was very good and well organised. I had a positive experience throughout, and the manager was friendly, professional, and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable during the interview and explained the role clearly. Overall, it was a great experience.
