Done application online, about a week later invited for instore interview. Interview was standard questions on competency and working in a team etc. Offered and accepted job about 4 days later

Applied with online form which wa fairly simple. Then I was contacted for a face to face interview which took around 2 months. This was fairly straightforward and the hiring manager asked basic compentancy questions.
