Reach out from Recruiter on Linked In for an intro call. Had a great and open conversation on goals for the team. No follow up call, but their Open concept of interviews was something that really stuck out from other organizations.

Open, transparent, friendly and respectful even though I did not receive the job. I ultimately understand how I performed in the interview and why I did not get the role. They explained it was just that other candidates had more relevant experience.

Excellent conversation with recruiter who took the time to outline their skills-based interview process. Post-interview, they let me know they had filled the role with someone further along in the process, but suggested a new one to apply to. I read through the skills-based assessments for the role and was impressed at how thorough it was. That role ended up being restructured, but the process left me with a strong impression of the company.
