I applied through the university's career site. I went to the pre-interview reception and met my interviewer and other employees. The interview wasn't too formal, and interviewer didn't ask technical questions, but asked about things about what I did in school,what my personality and work style is.

The interview process consists of a screening and then a “superday” which consisted of 3 back to back interviews asking mainly behavioral questions. The interview was very relaxed and the harder questions consisted of “what are your study habits”.
I had three rounds of interviews and waited four to five days to get rejected. It was not the most pleasant experience. I was firt reached out by a recruiter, than spoke to a partner, a manager, a senior, and three other managers. At the end the same recruiter call to let me know that they would not move forward with me.
