The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CohnReznick (Bethesda, MD) in Sep 2008
Interview
On campus one on one interview with Partner. Purely behavioral and fit. No technical. Mostly conversational. Typical questions: name a time you were on a team and a team member was not performing up to par, what is your greatest accomplishment, walk me through your resume, why are you applying for XX position, etc. Easy, just make a good connection with the interviewer.

Question 1
They were all easy. Just know the basics of the job you are applying for and why you would be a good fit. Also know where you want to see yourself 5, 10 years down the road.
One Hire view ( asked when you'll meet cpa requirements, if you took intermediate accounting, why audit, if you live within a reasonable commute, etc.) and a phone screening, then 2 (30 min interviews). They were nice.
A pleasant interview with two managers of the office I'm applying for. They were casual but informative, and answered my questions well with a good sense of humor. I definitely walked away with a positive exerience.
Did two back to back 30 minute interviews seemed like it went well then I was told I would hear next steps in 3 days and heard nothing they went complete ghost, would have at least appreciated a rejection.
