I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CohnReznick in Jan 2024
Interview
It was a very easy, fun, and more of a learning experience type of interview. its a two on one interview with two of the tax managers. They will ask you questions about your resumé, the classic "tell me about yourself" and maybe a situational questions (I did not get this one but I tried to elaborate on every point I could)
It began with a virtual interview which wasn't too difficult as you had many time to rerecord. The it was a 30 minute call with the recruiter. Lastly its 2 30 minute interviews with poeple from the company (manager and senior manager).
I did an online interview and then talked to the recruiter, now I am going to do an hour interview which consist of 30 minute interviews with two different people
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CohnReznick
Interview
Easy going, spoke with wonderful people who seemed like they actually cared about my interests and future. Far less intimidating than a big 4 interview, where I was berated with technical questions 99% of undergrads wouldn't know. Very personal feel, and was fantastic getting to know everyone. I will say, the process took about 6-7 calls and interviews and 2 months total.
