Phone interview which was pretty casual just talking about past experiences and skills, which led to a technical on-site interview that lasted about an hour. Lastly, there was a coding exercise given as a take-home assignment.

The interview was not very hard, basically just discussing compensation, culture, personality, work ethic, etc.
