Guy was nice, asked me a lot about my history. Interview was informal. Things went south when he revealed he hadn't even seen my resume. Things went even further south when I found out that this was an outside sales rep position and not an account manager position. Things crashed and burned when I found out the position was 100% commission, no base salary. The interview was more about selling some stooge (which happened to be me) on a crappy position that nobody wants. Pass.

Interview
I received a call from HR with a time and place to meet with the District Manager. I then met with him locally. He was halfway through the interview before letting me know it was commission- only. I could have declined the interview had I known earlier.
