Interview

First interview was with a supervisor asking questions he read off a paper taking a few notes, second interview was going over compensation plan. Both interviews started earlier than planned as I arrived early and they began right when I got there.

Interview

Recruiting doesn’t give proper information on the first call - company is all 1099 no benefits. There is only one salaried position and it’s the head of a region. They don’t give you a team, you build your own and they didn’t sound like there was a lot of training.

Met with HR. Then with Hiring manager. Finally with cross functional business partners. Intense but efficient. The people interviewing me were nice enough but it felt at times that it was being dragged out to make sure everybody had a chance to ask a question.
