I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. (Bellingham, WA) in Jan 2017
Interview
Lasted a little over an hour. It was more of a sales pitch than an interview. About 30 minutes was them telling me about "oh you can make so much money here, it's all Audis and Motorcycles and whatever you want... my aunt works 20 hours per week and makes $175k a year!" Then they asked me some "actual" interview questions, but they were seemingly pointless as there was an "obvious" answer. They briefly asked about my education and some of my work experience in the past, along with a few open ended questions that theres technically no right answer to, then followed up with telling me, once again, how much money I can make.

Interview
Easy going and seeing who you are as a person. Not many difficult questions asked and more focused on your goals and aspirations. Met with DM and ADM each for online interviews.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. in Jun 2023
Interview
I was smooth and very straightforward questions. The decline since it is a comisión base salary. This is a job to an extrovert individual who is willing to pursue people.

They ask you about yourself, if you have sales experience, etc. They want to know that you have a sales like personality and if you'd fit well into whichever district you live in.
