The title of the job said Marketing Coordinator but in the description it spoke about sales. Scheduled an interview and walked in to realize it was a group interview with 2 other candidates plus me... no heads up via the phone conversation when I set up the interview. I felt this was very unprofessional. All of that aside, the job had absolutely nothing to do with marketing. It was 100% sales and 100% commission. As a prospective employee I do not appreciate a potential employer that is not up front about the interview situation or about the job in general. Had I known all of these things prior I would not have attended the interview. It was a waste of everyone's time and I was highly disappointed with the entire situation. A heads up to prospective employees, get all of the details before you attend the interview. I was called for a 2nd interview but declined due to these circumstances.
