I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co. (Columbia, SC) in Aug 2018
Interview
Very easy and fairly quick process as a whole. First interview was over the phone with the recruiter that lasted 30 mins. From there, I was set up to meet in person with 2 of the managers which lasted about 1 and 1/2 hours, mainly because I came with multiple questions for them regarding the position. A day later I received the call and official offer and had to consent to a complete background and reference check.
