Sounds like an amazing place to work IF there was a base pay. Everything is 100% commission including the test you have to take to get your license to work. This place sounds like such a sweet deal however I was uncomfortable driving to locations and paying for my own gas and working for something that wasn't guaranteed.

Applied on indeed. One phone interview then one face to face where I was basically hired on the spot. Then a meeting with the boss and manager where they throw a bunch of numbers at you to draw you in and get excited.
