How would you respond in the event that a bias incident occurs?
Three rounds of panel interviews with University Housing Department, resident directors, and assistant resident directors. Interview process focused on social justice, diversity, and inclusion ideologies. Ensure to review the pillars of University Housing and how it incorporates the transition of residents living on campus.

Interview
The interview and hiring process is relatively holistic, but in the end it truly is a potential for growth, and a level of maturity they look for in people. While the interview is important, you aren't being judged necessarily on composure or knowledge. It's more about answering all parts of a question to the best of your abilities, and demonstrating that you are people focused.
