Walked in asked if they were seeking front desk help, it happened that they did. I filled out an application on site and a day later was called in for an interview with the GM and owners. After going over my previous experience in the hospitality fields, I was offered the job.

What has been the most rewarding event in your career
The interview process was very quick and easy. They mostly want to know how you resolve issues with a guest, They want to know if you have experience in hospitality and what operating systems you are familiar with.
Depending on the properties management, you could have one to three in person interviews. Usually these will take place in the late morning or early afternoon as this is the slowest time for hotels. If they like you, they'll give you an offer that day.

Turn my application, manager called me after two days and interviewed on the phone.
I received a phone that i have gotten the job. But starting the job depended my on success of my drug test, which i passed.
