Brief background questions and detailed job expectations. Interviewer was very friendly and outgoing. Basic interview questions nothing too difficult to answer. I think the decision to hire was already made before the interview as long as I didn't say something stupid. Dressed in coat and tie when applying and for interview which also probably helped.
The manager was late and disorganized. When she started interviewing me, she asked if I was Indian because they would prefer not to hire someone from there. It was unprofessional at best.

short and to the point although very informative. person was very understanding and respectful made me feel very comfortable while in the office. management was very professional and knowledgeable of company policies and procedures. staff was very nice and inviting
