Pretty fast and easy. No background check. Nancy was very stern and straightforward. I would recommend having previous experience before applying because they will just throw you out there. Over all not bad.

It was an easy conversation with just a quick follow-up, nothing formal or time-consuming. We met casually in the lobby, which created a very relaxed and comfortable setting, making it simple to connect without any pressure.
The interview process was fairly easy. One of the owners seem genuinely interested. As a young adult, he was very understanding. He inspired me to stand out from the crowd.
