      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Comfy

      Interview

Interview process was pretty standard. They do a phone screen and then an in person interview. Like many startups, they are looking for that absolute perfect candidate and are probably still in search of it. This means that pandering to you interviewer is key because they want to hear your BS. If you want this job, you need to at least pretend that customer success is your number one passion in life and that's all you see yourself doing for the rest of your life. They seemed less concerned about personality and overall character and much more concerned with what is reflected on a resume. A short-sighted approach in my personal opinion, but oh well.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Comfy (Oakland, CA) in Dec 2015

      Interview

Contacted after applying on their website to set up a time for a 1 hour meeting at their downtown Oakland headquarters. Very nice people, they seemed to really want to get to know each candidate. Seems like a great company headed in the right direction, unfortunately I did not get the job.
