referred by friend, made initial call, received call from site supervisor and scheduled to meet at Safeway in the break area. They conducted a series of questions and I answered them to my best ability. Returned home and 5 mins later received the call stating I was hired.
It was seamless. It was done virtually. Be prepared and you should be fine. Have your information available. Be honest and open with your past. Having a checkered past can be a good thing when working in this field. Also be yourself.

Unorganized, uninformative, confusing. I was scheduled to meet with the department manager who did not show up, and was then interviewed by hr generalist who did not provide any answers to questions, not even the pay.
