This was a weird interview. The position was for "Operations Associate", which would handle all equipment inventory, and would be creating a system for inventorying said equipment. First they had you sit at a computer and organize a table in Numbers (Mac OS equivalent of MS Excel), most likely to show if you could function in the application. Then they wanted you to research three different possibilities for "inventory systems". You had 15 minutes to do this. This seemed like a way to get free suggestions from candidates with each interview, which seems a little unethical. Then when the actual interview started, they made me feel very welcomed, which was lovey. The cons of this interview were the questions they asked. It was as if this was the first interview they had ever done and they googled "questions to ask for a corporate interview". They were sterile, cliché, and agonizing. They were ones that you'd expect in a cubicle-farm corporate environment located in Mid Sized City, USA. Some questions noted in the appropriate section of this review. The interview felt so scattered and awkward, it was hard for even me to follow along. And I feel like that was why I didn't get an offer. But that's probably a blessing in disguise.
