Community Services Group (CSG) interview questions

I applied online and got a call back the next day. We did a phone interview, but the HR rep told me to look over the benefits package because the pay was less than what I had asked for. I asked how much and she told me $13.95 for a position that preferred a Master's degree (which I have). Outrageously low pay for a position requiring an advanced degree and years of experience

I first went through a phone interview from someone at the home office which asked the usual questions about your strengths and weaknesses, difficult situations I had faced during my previous employment, etc. About a week after that, I was called in for a second interview on the site I had applied for. I sat down with one of the supervisors and he asked more focused questions about the environment I would be working in. Most of them were situational, like "what would you do if ___ ?" A couple weeks after that, I was offered the position. The first interview was more formal, but the second was very relaxed and the supervisor was laid back and friendly.
