I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CompanyCam (Phoneton, OH) in Jul 2023
Interview
It was a pretty standard process. Both the first and second interviews were casual, and the interviewers were friendly and professional. Although I wasn't ultimately offered a position, as I didn't make it to the third interview process, I left with a good impression of the company. They seem to have a really positive environment, and are very professional, yet know when to relax a bit and have fun. I would definitely recommend friends or family to apply there. In my experience, they have a fantastic product and really friendly employees.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CompanyCam (Lincoln, NE) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview process was a 3-step interview. The first interview was with a sales manager. The flow of the interview allowed me to ask questions and get a deeper understanding of the company and it's culture. The interviewer asked questions around experience and past company culture questions. It was an easy going interview and provided the insight I needed. Next, was an interview with another sales manager that was a mock sales call. It was a simple 5 minute mock call and it wasn't extremely difficult. We reviewed what I liked and what I'd change. He provide great insight into what I could do differently. It was helpful. Lastly, I interviewed with a current sales rep and the director. That went fairly well. It gave me a better understanding of day-to-day operations and insight into the company's future.
