They place a ton of importance on in-person collab and on-site work. Keep that in mind if you plan on working remotely because they will prioritize in-office workers that show up and are visible to the CEO. I find it old school and off-putting, but if you want to move to Nebraska, go for it. The singular thing I liked about the process was that the first call was with the HM.
