Interview
I had an disappointing experience that started with the application submission process already. The time invested was significant with answers to 5 questions that I wrote in total 1000 words responding. Interestingly despite having all requirements (even bilingual) and significant experience, there were concerns about my consulting and contract experience as a potential indicator I may not be invested for the long term. The unfortunate part is why I started consulting/freelance was a result of covid-related hiring freezes, but it was never asked to explain.
