Interviews went well, asked to fly in for a menu tasting. Naturally I had to pack knives. Industry norm is for parking and luggage to be reimbursed. Reach out 4 times and it was never taken care of even though I was told it would be. Decision to not proceed was made by an individual I didn't interview with.
