Interview with 3 member panel followed by a thorough exam. The interview opens with asking the candidate to say a Christian prayer (obviously not a working environment for non-Christians) The questions were quite difficult to understand/ambigous and several times had to ask for an explanation. One panelist consistently challenged and downplayed my work experience and seemed to make it a point to call into disrepute my work experience which could easily be verified from my current supervisor. Decided half way during the interview this was probably not my ideal working environment . A follow-up call suggested that they would want to visit my current working organization for referrals (weird?) Was invited for a second interview with the director. Few minutes prior to that was asked some very uncomfortably probing questions about my family (relationship with my parents and family etc). Meeting with director was very brief, (15-20 minutes). Contacted within next four weeks about non-offer.
