Thank you for your feedback! The recruitment process at UiPath includes reasoning, technical (coding) or math testing, for all all positions in the company. For a Business Analyst position we would test Logic, Resoning & Math skills. The tests are not random, they are developed with the help of people occupying those positions already within the company. The results of the tests are compared to an existing benchmark of several thousand results and the canddiates with the top 1% results move further in the interview process. This implies a result above 90%. We shall work to make the experience more fun in the future, through gamification.
