Computershare Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

Held a group interview and asked questions . They called back to let you know the outcome. Afterwards they did a background check and they would call if hired. Drug test required.

Keep in mind I was hired more than 4 Years ago and it is different now, but to my understanding the hiring process is still fairly straight forward. You submit your resume to a 3rd party hiring agency, you get a one on one interview, then a group interview, then a drug test on site and finger printing.
