Computershare Global Application Support Manager interview questions

It's always good to be sought out, in this case Computershare contacted me on linkedin asking me to consider the role so I applied. Interview was on site with a standard mix of behaviour and competence questions lasting around 1 hour. Interview was conducted with the line manager and a peer (if I was successful). 2 weeks elapsed post interview, I had to chase HR as no response had been given. I randomly happened to be checking for jobs and noticed the role had been readvertised the day before. Computershare if you value people as you purport, this needs to start right from interview.
