Interview
There was a phone screening with the in house recruitment specialist. Following this, there was a face to face interview with the in house recruiter and my direct manager. There was another meeting with people who would be in my team.

What were your greatest challenges. How do you manage difficult stakeholders. How do you feel when management directs you to work on something that has little chance of success.
