I was interviewed by a panel including a Pega Developer, Hiring Manager, Project Manager, other higher up. Very uncomfortable interview for me. One man began looking through emails on his cell phone while I was answering a question. This interview left me with a very negative initial impression of the company as I remember this experience almost two years later.
