Started with a typical phone screen followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. Basic interview of walking through my experience and how it would fit. The issue I had was not hearing back from recruiter when I contacted for a status. I had other offers waiting but wanted to know if I was still in considerationas as I felt the interview went well. Still not even a system generated form lwt lwtting me know they went in a different direction. Unfortunately I am seeing more and more of this ghosting from companies.
