Interview
Quick and not clear on what job responsibilities were. I wish there was more of detailed description rather than talking about my current position. I think its a good company on paper but they need help in the interview process.
I had total of 3 rounds including a screening call being the first round followed by a zoom call with hiring manager and reporting manager where they discussed my resume, past experience and behavioral questions. Last round is a presentation where I was given a situation ( a mini project) and was asked to prepare 5 slides deck to present in a steer co meeting

Es war ein sehr ungezwungenes und sehr angenehmes Gespräch auf Augenhöhe. Beide Partei waren sehr kompromissbereit und offen. Auf Fragen wurde sehr gut eingegangen und es hat den Anschein gemacht das die Vorgesetzten viel auf Ihre Mitarbeiter setzten.
