I was reached by a recruiter. had 1 phone interview- I was then asked to come in for 2 more interviews. Pretty typical interview questions but the biggest issue is its been over a month and they have NEVER gotten back to me- How hard is it to send at least a rejection e-mail? Or do you think I'm still in the running for the position--ha

Interview
3 rounds of interviews. 1st was a relatively informal discussion to find out about me and my previous roles. 2nd interview was a presentation on the company and my understanding of the role. Final interview was with MD. Sadly wasn’t offered the role however very disappointed after 3 rounds of interviews I was advised by email and given no feedback despite asking on 3 occasions. Obviously not a company that cares about its people
