Has a phone interview with recruiter. Then was set up with an interview with the senior manager of events this was a video interview and it went very well. Interview was conversational and I learned a lot about the company. Then I was contacted by the recruiter to have another interview with the senior mangers supervisor. This was also a video interview. After this third interview there has been no follow up from the company. It has been over a month and nothing. After taking the time for 3 interviews I would expect some sort of update, it’s easy to let people know they were not chosen, and it shows respect for their time and effort. A company that can’t do that is probably not one I would want to work for.
