I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Computershare (El Segundo, CA) in Feb 2013
Interview
The interview process was definitively longer than a standard interview. I believe that it lasted for at least an hour. The questions during the interview are standard: why are you interested? Please describe your previous employment. Are you able to work well under pressure etc, etc, etc. Although the duration of the interview was long, the mode throughout was very friendly and low-stress.
