Interview process was lengthy and included a written take home assignment. The case used for the assignment is standard for all applicants and the candidate's work product is not used by the company for any sort of profit/business purpose.

Standard interview questions - strengths, weaknesses etc.
Interesting, well designed even with minimal background in the field. Test based on hypo situations and some questions, followed by phone chat wirh Har and in person interview. Overall process took a couple motnhs good communication overall through out and timeline was reasonable. Highlight transferable skills.

Phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes long. The interview mainly consist of behaviour background questions. They asked you to explain how you would react in certain situations. Your background. They tell you that if they except you the will verify your credit score if you have any outstanding dette and if you have a criminal record.
