Role play interviewed by two people almost competency based, seemed daunting at first but was given a sheet and told what to expect obviously expecting you to be assertive as it was a debt collecting role
Interview process was vey quick and easy. Got an offer within 2 days. Applied and only had one interview on teams. There was 2 staffs. One conducting and one writing notes. Didn’t need to have my camera on.
