The first stage is an online application, followed by a video interview after this stage, you will have an online interview however you will only hear audio as the video will be turned off. I got a response from them like 2 days later but I was already aware I would not be made an offer based on how the interview went. First the interviewer wasn’t sure of the role I was applying for as there was another role for customer advisor specialist. Based on the job description and the skills required I felt the questions being asked was meant for a specialist which I clearly indicated at the end of the interview. The way the interviewer responded I already knew I would not be made an offer.
