      Application

      I interviewed at Computershare

      Interview

Very easy conversational interview process. Know the difference between a collateralized loan obligation and a borrowing base facility. Didn’t have any technical questions besides that. Big on collaboration as well

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Computershare (Columbia, MD) in Mar 2024

      Interview

Based on my experience, the interview process was relatively straightforward. Following the successful completion of the mandatory Excel assessment required for the role, my final step was a roughly hour-long virtual interview with the supervisors of the team I would potentially join. The interview followed a structured format, wherein I elaborated on various aspects of my resume, discussed my proficiency and experience with Excel, and responded to behavioral questions they had prepared. The supervisors provided further insights into the role, its responsibilities, and what a typical workday might entail. The session concluded with an opportunity for me to pose any questions I had for them. I found out about the decision fairly quickly, receiving feedback the following day, marking the conclusion of the process.
