I was asked a series of questions. Some of them were straight forward and some of them were off the wall, used to gauge if you can think outside the box. There were the standard questions such as "What are your strengths" but they might be followed up immediately with "Of those strengths which is your biggest weakness and why is it a weakness in comparison to your other strengths?" You end up evaluating yourself in ways you may not have before.
