Interview
Requested to interview in person and showed up to the location, but none of the panel were there in person. They were all calling in from remote locations without their cameras on. Nobody explained their roles prior to the interview and quickly started the process. Was very confusing given I was not sure of their roles and the questions were vague. Ended up quizzing me on SQL concepts unrelated to the job posting and I had to inquire into their roles and projects.

Explain DML and DDL SQL commands and their purpose. Additional questions were asked about writing basic SQL queries. Also questioned about contributions and challenges on previous projects that are standard in interviews.

Interview
The interview process was quick and semi formal. I meet directly witht he hiring manger and they went through my entire resume and asked for examples and/or scenarios on the skills and experiences I has listed. I thought it was nice to know they cared about what I was bringing to the table. I didn't get an offer because I ended up accepting an offer form another company before the 2nd/follow up interview but I felt I would have received an offer had I not found another job.
