I respect the fact that the company feels like they are taking the time to look for the correct person but the process is not great. I had a third round interview which didn't go great so I wasn't expecting to get the job but was told that the HR guy would be in touch. He didn't bother. I suspect it was the same HR guy mentioned in another review for the same job. On the upside i'm happy I wasn't offered the job as no one wants to work for an unprofessional company.
Apply online, HR got in contact and asked to do a task.
I did the task, sent it back to them and heard nothing back.
Don't waste your time if they ask you to do a task beforehand. I wasted my time doing this task to hear nothing back. I messaged the HR person and people involved but nothing. I should name and shame but I won't waste energy on that.
Just remember you will be an interviewer one day and before you know it you're an interviewee.
Treat everyone how you want to be treated because karma is real.
