Applied online from indeed. Got contacted by volt, a temp company two days later. I Had to call in a script and after I passed that I got scheduled for an interview. The interview was simple. There were 11 people interviewing for a job and 5 interviewers. They showed us around the building and asked us some experience based questions. The interview took almost 3 hours but was very informal and friendly.

competency based interview carried out virtually via MS teams. Went through previous experience and questions related to the role. It was a good experience and a quick process start to finish

Relaxed atmosphere
Plenty of time to ask and answer questions. It did not feel rushed or intimidating. One person took the notes while the other spoke.

It was easy since i am in a contract role. So the managers were polite. Explained the duties. Addressed my concerns. Very easy since it is only a few months role.
