The digital interview was fast, easy, and fun to do. It’s a chance for you to answer and if you didn’t like that response answer again! I think all companies should try something like this.
After applying, you are sent an assessment and are asked to do a recorded video interview. If passed, you are then invited to a "hiring event" that lasts about two hours. You and other candidates on a zoom meeting basically answering interview questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Computershare in Oct 2025
Interview
It was very easy and relaxed! First there was a videoed review, where if you weren't happy with your response, you could do a second (and third) try. The group interview through Teams was also very easy, the interviewer asked questions and you had the option to answer or not. I highly suggest offering to answer each question because it makes sure they know you are truly interested in the job.
