Couple of formal behavioral questions.
Gave me different scenarios and asked me how I would act in each.
The interview went smooth. Friendly but Intimidating. Started off with my own personal questions. Followed by a series of "what makes me qualified" for the position. Followed by what separates you from the other candidates. Finally we concluded with a brain teaser: 3 jars that are mislabeled.
After submitting, I got at interview around 3-4 weeks later. I took a drug test and then went to see the work site and I had a technical interview. The questions were related to my courses as well as the department, gas engineering. The whole process takes around 2-3 months and will require additional recommendation letters.
