Apply online, get called back from unit manager or director, go for interview with unit director then get sent to have interview with HR. Following that you are expected to contact references via email for them to complete survey about you. Units offer job shadow if interested. Once interested and references were verified HR will call you back and offer job via phone and talk about salary.

It was very difficult to get them to call me for an interview. I had to call them and tell them that I was flying to Concord and would like to schedule an interview for that time. But once I got there the Human Resources person was very friendly and helpful and took me to meet the manager.
