First there was a phone screen with HR. Then there was a video interview with someone from the department. I believe the next and final round would have been an in-person interview.
My interviewer showed up 40 minutes late. Huge red flag. I went in for the interview and she didn't have my resume and forgot who I was. She talked the whole time and I barely got a word in edgewise.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
She literally never stopped talking. I had to ask to speak in order to speak at all. She didn't ask me anything about myself. She complained about how incompetent every one was and how hard she has to work to make up for them. She also swore quite a bit... that part didn't bother me though.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Concord (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2019
